Select and inspect high purity silica sand, polyester resins, pigment for our quartz stone.
Crush the materials, fed into mixers and blended in the ratio of 93 % quartz aggregates to 7% polyester resin and other additives pigments together.
The mixture is then poured into a mold and formed into different slab sizes.
The Mixture is compacted into slabs by a vacuum and vibration process of approximately100 seconds at a pressure of about 100 tons.Then moved to the curing kiln and heated for 45 minutes in at a temperature of 85 degree which gives them the ultimate strength and solidity.
After rough slab be cooled, the slabs will be send to polished the surface and edge finishes: Polished, Honed, or Textured.
For custom size slab,send the big slab to cuttting by waterjet mechine and polished the edge by manual polishing.
Finally, the slabs pass through quality inspection to ensure our customers receive a top quality product.
Each slab is then marked and labeled with all relevant information and packing in wooden pallet(big slab),wooden carton(custom slab)
